We found Pam Bass online when we were looking to relocate from the west coast to Charleston, South Carolina. We were already somewhat familiar with the neighborhoods we wanted to buy a home in. Pam was really responsive and easy to work with. She set us up with email alerts so we’d be notified when a house in our desired areas and price range came onto market. When we would see a house online that we were interested in, Pam would work quickly to arrange a tour — she would Facetime us in, so we could see the house since we couldn’t be there in person. Ultimately we found the house we loved and Pam made sure we put in a strong bid quickly given the competitive real estate market. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted. Pam was also helpful in recommending vendors to help get the house ready before we moved in (ie painter, floors/carpet, etc). It was nice to finally meet Pam in person after we moved in — she is friendly, professional, and we would highly recommend her based on our experience.
