She responded to emails usually the same day and phone calls and texts within a matter of hours. If I had a house I wanted to see, she normally arranged for me to see it within a day or two. It is clear she is also very knowledgeable. When we first met, she took the time to figure out what I wanted and why, and she provided me with an informational binder. As a first time homebuyer, she patiently explained all the different parts of the process to me in a way I could understand. She never rushed me, whether that was a conversation or looking at a house. I ultimately ended up with a house I wouldn't have even looked at originally, but I absolutely love now and I know it is the best match for me. She encouraged me not to feel pressurized to get into a home that I didn't feel good about. I love the home I bought. It has everything I wanted, even though I thought that may not be possible in this super competitive market. I actually switched lenders too because she helped me find a much superior deal to what I was originally offered. I will be recommending Paige to my friends and colleagues, and if I need to sell or buy in the future, I will plan on using her. She is the right combination of professional and personable.
