Paige clearly knows and understands the Real Estate market in Maricopa County. Unfortunately, she lacks skills in communication and does not honor her commitments when entering into an MLS Listing agreement like honoring an initial Blitz Open House that was promised to attract multiple Buyers with multiple offers. She only showed up at our property once throughout the entire sales process when she took our listing. It appears she is just like all other Realtors in Arizona working for a commission. Paige offered a lower commission than most and based on the service we received is what we should have been expected for the low price we paid. Every time we attempted to reach out to her, Paige's mailbox was full, and we were required to call back several times to reach her, she provides NO sense of urgency in her business. Additionally, Paige did not provide on-going support to us throughout the transaction including but not limited to negotiating with the Buyer's Broker that stipulated a $1,000.00 Deposit be held in Escrow in the event we were late in moving out of the property, when in fact we moved out of the property 7 days early than stipulated move out date that Paige and the Buyer's Broker previously agreed to in the Real Estate purchase contract. Moreover, we received multiple phone calls and inquiries from other Real Estate Agents & Brokers stating that our home should have received multiple offers of higher value than what we Sold our property for at full listed price, needless to say we are highly disappointed in the customer service we received from Paige Thorson!
