Hailing from a lineage of home builders and Austinites, Paige Shoberg is Westlake’s new construction expert. Having grown up as a third generation Austinite in the Westlake area, she has an extensively-rooted network of connections and relationships in the community. With three generations of home builders coming before her, she exhibits an unparalleled knowledge of new construction, and has worked with her husband Matt Shoberg at Shoberg Homes for the past 18 years. It is this knowledge that allows Paige the unique opportunity to help buyers locate the right lot, tear-down, or home with remodel potential while expertly navigating what will get them to their end goal. With six moves around Austin in the past decade, her personal knowledge of the buying and selling process allows her to empathize with clients in every type of transaction. I thought having Paige and Tina as a team worked great for us

I thought having Paige and Tina as a team worked great for us. Clearly, Paige knows the Westlake area and everything about it super well. She is also very connected with other real estate professionals in the area. She was patient and wasn't pushy as we ended up shifting our focus from Westlake, to Circle C, and finally ending up in Bee Cave. We did spend the majority of the time communicating and working directly with Tina until we got into the offer stage which Paige led. Tina was truly awesome and super responsive on everything. I felt like she went out of her way to really do anything she could to help us, this was really valuable as we were living out of state.
