She helped find, manage and negotiate with the contractors which save me enormous amount of trouble and stress and was so supportive throughout the marketing process that I felt like I was being treated as her most important client. Plus I'm glad I followed her recommendations because we ended up getting a lot more for my house than I thought possible and it sold really quickly. Buying the new place was quick, smooth and painless as well despite the fact that I sold in Seattle and bought in Tacoma. I'd recommend her to anyone.
