Paige responded with immediacy to my request to replace a realtor I had contacted who proved to be unavailable but taking referrals,the general norm nowadays in this bustling industry nationwide. She called back at 6 a.m. to schedule the first viewing of a home just listed hours earlier that I contacted her about. She arranged to have her husband and colleague meet me that morning at the house due to her being out of town doing trainings with Keller Williams. What ensued was proven record of her ability to finesse difficult transactions under diress by the buyer,seller,their agents and the industry itself. I still had not met her. I was well taken care of and concerns of a first time buyer were assuaged by the personal and professional attendance to the enormity of details in purchasing a home in this market. Her sensitivity to my situation personally was deeply appreciated and both Kadeem, her husband, and Paige proved to be available at every precarious turn of events leading to the successful sale. From help in confirming money transfers to preparing me during every step of this otherwise daunting process. Her expertise goes without merit, she has incredible market knowledge,as do all Keller Williams associates, and I feel as if she is a friend in this small town of closely related people. I cannot recommend that you contact her to walk with you through this not always so enjoyable process enough. I am 70 with modest means and would not have been able to do this with such little effort on my part without her. She handles all levels of the process with ease and has her acute attention on the ever changing housing market here in New Mexico from small homes to upscale properties. Please take my recommendation to utilize her professionalism, resources and impeccable personal service to ease your purchasing experience and have it be truly enjoyable ,even fun.

I highly recommend Paige Cochran. She was so incredible. Paige helped us through the very complicated process of buying a home with the experience and knowledge that kept us on track and calm. She guided us through the the inspection process, and helped us get every item on the list reviewed by professionals. She negotiated with the seller and other broker as though she was negotiating for her own home purchase. My husband and I feel good about home purchase, and this is due to our fantastic realtor.
