Paige is an incredibly positive, helpful, and knowledgeable agent. Paige helped us put together a plan, which included several strategic upgrades, and because we were no longer living in the area she happily stepped in to help find the contractors, make decisions that needed to happen on ground, and manage all of the moving parts that would've been near impossible to do from afar. Once we listed the selling process was a breeze as she guided us through pricing competitively, negotiations, and getting our first house sold above what we had initially thought possible. Can't recommend her enough!

This was anything but an easy sell. We ran into several issues along the way, including the first buyer backing out. With the second buyer during inspection, we hit some issues, but at no time did Paige get discouraged. She was constantly positive and knew exactly what we needed to do to alleviate every issue that came up. No joke at all, without Paige's guidance during this process, we probably would not have gotten our house sold.
