Paia helped us buy our new home and sell our first home. Guys, not only did she meet our expectations, she EXCEEDED them and then some! Admittedly, we were a little weary initially due her primary market being in smaller rural towns but WOW, did she prove us wrong - and she offers a LOWER FEE than the realtors up here. She even helped get our home "show ready", pack and move! Paia persevered through the record-breaking amount of obstacles and challenges we faced as well. Like losing 2 offers due to inspectors claiming moisture intrusion - so what did she do?! Well she helped find and contact a Moisture Intrusion specialist to come inspect our home and he was dumbfounded how not only one, but two inspectors saw moisture when there clearly was none. We also had 3 closing delays total - all due to our buyer's buyer realtor (the realtor for the person buying our buyers' home) dropping the ball big time! Needless to say, it was a LONG 107 day process and we wanted to quit a couple times - but she never pressured us either way. She just supported us 100% - even if that meant losing it all, she just wanted to help make our dreams come true. And she sure did :)
