My name is Pablo Pereyra, and I am the Principal Broker and owner of 901 REALTORS®, a locally owned real estate brokerage serving Memphis, Tennessee, and North Mississippi since 2003.
As a second-generation REALTOR® with more than 20 years of experience, I have helped homeowners, investors, business owners, landlords, and first-time buyers navigate some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. My background includes residential real estate, investment properties, multifamily housing, commercial real estate, foreclosures, rental portfolios, and business-related real estate transactions.
Before becoming a broker-owner, I worked in banking and mortgage lending. That experience continues to benefit my clients today by helping them understand financing options, evaluate opportunities, and make informed real estate decisions based on both market conditions and long-term financial goals.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have proudly served the Hispanic community throughout Memphis and the Mid-South for more than two decades.
Throughout my career, I have remained active in professional leadership and education. I have served as a Board Director for both the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® and Tennessee REALTORS®, and I have had the opportunity to speak before the Tennessee House of Representatives on matters affecting property owners and real estate investors.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Evangel University, where I developed a strong analytical and research-oriented approach to problem solving. That scientific training continues to influence the way I evaluate real estate opportunities today: focusing on facts, data, market trends, risk assessment, and financial analysis rather than speculation.
I also hold several advanced professional designations through the National Association of REALTORS®, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®). These programs provide advanced training in buyer representation, transaction management, negotiation strategy, and client advocacy.
Combined with my background in banking, mortgage lending, investment analysis, and more than two decades of real estate experience, this education helps me guide clients through complex real estate decisions with confidence and clarity.
For more than 15 years, my father, Jorge Pereyra, and I have hosted a weekly real estate radio program focused on real estate, investing, financing, and market trends. Together, we have produced more than 250 broadcasts dedicated to helping families and investors make better real estate decisions.
