My experience working with Pablo

Pablo was very helpful with giving me advice on how to get my house ready for showing. I did some minor repairs and painting to freshen it up. Then I had a maid service give it a deep cleaning.Some flowers out in front gave it color and curb appeal. I was still worried that there wouldn’t be many people looking to buy because we were just hearing about the COVID-19 pandemic. To my surprise I had offers the first day. Pablo walked me through the closing process and it all went smoothly. I sold my house for twice as much as I paid for it. Pablo is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a house.
