From the initial evaluation , to the advice we received on getting our work-in-progress ready for a quick sale (which in fact it was considering the complexity of this particular short sale) the service was outstanding, and ranged from “must-do” task to suggestions, realistic time scales and helpful recommendations. His entire team is polite, professional and at the top of their game in every aspect, especially pricing the house accordingly to the neighborhood market, when he desired to raise the Original asking price due a very recent sale and then bringing and offer for the full asking price the very next day!
