Ozzie's team cold called me a few years ago. They weren't pushy but gave me lots of good information. I told them I wasn't interested in selling but to check back with me. They called me a few more times over a couple years before we decided to set up a meeting. I was so impressed that Ozzie himself offered to meet me at my house the next day, a Sunday, after church. It all happened so fast. Everything we spoke about that afternoon came true. My house sold in less than a week for the price we agreed on. We also found our next home just in time to make the transition as smooth as possible. Selling our starter home of 12 years and buying a new home in a new city was one of the hardest things I've had to do but Ozzie's team did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible.
