Seamless! Carrie gave clear instructions and advice regarding the preparation of my home to sell. Once we got it on the market, Carrie was communicative at all times. The paper signing, final walk through etc. all could not have been easier. She truly had my best interest at heart the entire time. Carrie and her team have been instrumental in helping us get our dream home. She was always available, and responsive in scheduling a house viewing as soon as we let her know about it. In this market, getting in to a house early matters and Carrie was able to arrange that every single time. She was always accommodating of our schedule when scheduling a house viewing and used to get us prime time viewing slots. During a house viewing, she used to let us explore the space, while being there to answer any questions, she never colored our perspective of the house with her opinions. We never felt pressured to make a decision after a viewing. It took us a while to get our home but throughout the process, she never rushed us.
