Oxana was born and raised in Cuba. At the age of 17, she migrated to the United States with her family to pursue the American dream. She settled in Miami, Florida where she learned English and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Oxana is married to a successful entrepreneur, and they have two boys who were the main reason behind their move to Lexington, KY in 2019. They found that Lexington offered a better quality of life and a more family-oriented environment. The relocation turned out to be one of the best decisions of their entrepreneurial life as it gave birth to new businesses. In 2021, Oxana founded GlowGirl Boutique, a formal dress and bridal gown shop located in the heart of Lexington.
