I picked Otilia off of a list online as I don't live in the area that I was selling in. She was the first pick and I got very lucky. I had a difficult situation with a difficult tenant that had to be handled with me living across the state. Otilia went above and beyond to make sure that we got the house ready, on the market, and sold with ease. During the process she used her knowledge of the area, investors, and other services to make things go smoothly. She has walked me patiently through the entire process and communicated clearly and professionally. I only wish that I lived in the area as I would send everyone I know to her.
