Osmany is one of the few and rare individuals in this profession that is honest and dependable. I'm not the easiest client but he was patient and kind throughout the entire process. I LOVED having someone that would communicate daily and someone I could voice my concerns to whom would LISTEN. Being a first time homebuyer, I was already nervous and out of my comfort zone but if you want someone that cares and not only sees you through the process but AFTER it's completed, I would definitely go with Osmany. You could tell who has good intentions by their work ethic and if they need a contract to work with you or not.
