Allright where do I begin I only have 2000 characters so I will not have enough to write about this realtor so I will keep it short as possible. Osman here helped make something near impossible for me possible. He took what little resources I had and my high demands and made it work some how with no side effects and efficient data with a place I can't believe was possible. I have a hectic work schedule and he always answers at whatever time I contact him asap be it early as 5 in the morning to 12 at night. He put in 4 months of extensive work into just one property which I now own and before this a whole years worth of extensive research on properties he gave me knowledge on and didn't hold back on any underlining issues told me straight up there is this pros and there is this cons and was not looking to make a buck off me but genuinely with all my funds on the line and needing this to go well he genuinely saved me from making a big financial mistake I would not have been able to recover from for 10 years. He saved me alot of trouble and is an encyclopedia of knowledge on realestate in Florida markets. Honestly there is no bad thing I could say about my experience when I say bro this property may be impossible with my budget he would say "impossible what does this mean" I would laugh and he push extra hard literally fighting on the field to get me the best property and I would say bro it's cool we get the next place he would say " no way all gas no brakes we will get this property I'm working on it" ha ha what a guy this man is. Osman brother and I say that genuinely I trust this guy more then some of my close 10 year friends cause he was very transparent didn't hold back on negatives of properties told me straight up the pros and cons with absolute no hesitation I honestly can't believe it. Where do I begin? I have never experienced a purchasing experience like this one. Osman kept the same decorum from start to finish. Our home buying process wasn't the easiest due to things out of our control but Osman never complained and remained optimistic when we couldn't. He never missed a beat, I could go on vacation and be confident that he is handling EVERYTHING. The best part about working with Osman is that he made us feel like family. It was the least transactional experience I ever had. You would just truly feel supported working with him. He was extremely knowledgable, communicative, and he payed great attention to our needs. I was interested in investing in Boca/FL area and hence Osman was recommended to me by another investor who was familiar with the Boca /FL area had been investing there for a few years already with Osman Arango. After initially talking with Osman, he understood my requirements very quickly as he had experience working with investors. He also answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process, helping me refine the search and going over my queries patiently as I only had a few questions in the beginning :) He is quick to respond, extremely patient, never tries to rush you into any deal/offers and most importantly gives you his honest opinion and analysis on each of the properties that you evaluate After looking for a while in this hot and challenging market we finally found the right property and Osman’s expertise became clearer after this point. He is an excellent negotiator and in our case he dealt with a tricky seller very skillfully on a couple of critical occasions and managed to somehow successfully navigate the whole deal to closing! While the property was under contract, Osman handled all the due diligence including inspection. contractor quotes, etc effectively and quickly showed that he could be trusted to manage the property as he clearly had experience being a PM (a good one). Hence I would recommend as a PM since you really want someone who knows the ins and outs of the business like him to handle your property. I am already looking forward to working on the next deal with Osman and would highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase a residential or investment property in the Florida area.

Not knowing Osman at all, my Daughter told me about him. We needed someone we could trust. I would have to deal with him from 2000 miles away. She told me a story about how he helped someone she knew. That was enough for me. Osman exemplifies anything you would want in an agent. He was there for any question.
