Oscar helped me sell my house that had a good amount of work that needed to be done first. He had some great contacts that did excellent work on fixing up my house and at a good price. He also created an excellent listing that received a lot of attention. He was also very good at keeping me updated throughout the whole selling process and settling any nerves that crept up on me! He was very honest, informative, and I could tell that he had my best interest when it came time for negotiations.
