Knowledge Agent, Amazing low fee

I initially saw 1% listing advertise in front of Water of Life which is unreal! I have a lot of doubt but I just want to check it out but no intention to use this service. As I met with Oscar, he convinced me to choose him. He promises that if I’m not satisfied, I can cancel the service any time without cost to me. I also called some of his previous clients and they spoke highly of him. Why not, what do I have to loose! So I decided to give it a try. Oscar started working on my house right away. He took a lot of pictures and provided very descriptive but accurate information regarding the house, front, back, and individual room. As soon as he posted my home, I got full price offer the next day before Open house. We accepted the offer but Oscar still having open houses and accepting back-up offers. As the house in escrow, Oscar continue assisting me with paper work, response to buyer’s requests, hiring people to inspect the house, and sending his handy man to fix the house according to buyer request. When the closing was delay, Oscar keeps me posted of the status and reasons for the delay. He was always in contact with buyer’s agent, buyer’s loan officer, and escrow agent. I’m very happy as my escrow close! I save almost $15,000 with 1% Listing. I got full personal service from Oscar every steps of the process. I’m 100% recommend 1% LISTING! Oscar was awesome!

Oscar was a huge help in selling my home. Not only did he help cut through red tape on the paperwork but he went well beyond that in helping to clean up the house and remove things I was not able to keep upon moving. Were it not for his help I'm not sure I'd have been able to sell the house at all.
