This was my second time having Oscar as my agent, first as buyer, now as seller. Oscar was always on top of every detail of the sale, which was a relief as I had an unexpected personal situation occur after the home was already under contract. He is honest, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions or relay any requests to the buyers that I had. Just like the first time, it was a great experience having Oscar as as my agent.
