Oscar Asesyan

Oscar is the best buyer's agent in a seller's market like Mason. Here are the reasons- 1. He knows what a property is WORTH in the current market. He will make sure you put up a strong offer in the event of multiple offers, or a bargaining offer (which many agents might not like doing) if the property is on the market for a little while, 2. He is much capable of doing a "quick" inspection of property during showings, which will help you put up an offer without the home inspection contingency in the event of multiple offers, 3. His knowledge and expertise is so widespread in the real estate process. He will hep you understand some nuances in the lending process (which even lenders don't inform the borrowers), 4. If the house that you buy needs some work, he can help you suggesting multiple pros for the work. 5. Finally, you will never feel like being pushed in any part of the buying process. He will patiently guide you through the entire process.
