Oscar was great to work with from beginning to end. I would refer him in a heartbeat. When we initially met, we told him we wanted honesty and to be direct, since we were a little green to the ins and outs of the process. We also knew that in the area we were looking at, we would need to update older aesthetics or have some fixer upper type projects. Oscar pointed out all blemishes and gave us a good idea on what the fix would entail, as well as what living with something might entail. This was very helpful. In the end, Oscar found us a property that needed little to no "fixing up" or aesthetic changes. He gave us the knowledge needed to negotiate the deal at a great price and even gave us some good contacts to handle the jobs we wanted to tackle after we moved it.
