I couldn’t believe how fast he sold our house and got us into our new home , my personal opinion is that Orlando is so good at what he does that he just doesn’t sell houses he sells homes, in the future I wouldn’t have any problem recommending him to family and friends , i would give him more than just five stars
We got lucky with Orlando because , we saw a house that he was selling called and a couple of days later we met him in person and looking at the house. We went to see a second house and fell in love with it , I told Orlando I love this house , do what ever it takes to get for us , this was on the weekend and by Monday we were negotiating the house, we saw how professional he was and offered him to sell our house , we could not believe how fast he worked to sell our house , we got our new house about the same time that the old house closed WOW to me that says how professional he is, his company is luy to have such a great , friendly and professional employee, and of course I would recommend him in a heartbeat to friends and family, I don’t thy that he could’ve done anything different because for us he was GREAT in everything he did
