Orlando is an extremely professional sales agent. He tried very hard to sell our home and gave it much personal care in the upkeep and personal detailing that it required. Additionally he took care to inform us of any ongoing nagging problems that most people experience as a Florida homeowner. As owners we were in another state and he notified the right people to address any problems to make sure the house was in an honest selling condition. Although I do not know from experience I would think that most agents would not have taken such personal care of one of their homes that they have listed. Certainly I would recommend Orlando to sell your home. You won't be disappointed.
