Hello, I'm Oriana Espinoza. Born in Houston, Texas, to Venezuelan and Argentinean parents, I grew up immersed in the diverse cultures of South Florida. My early years were spent in Miami and West Palm Beach, and now in the western community of Wellington. I studied fashion marketing in Miami, fashion design in Milan, Italy, and later completed my bachelor's in business administration stateside.
My professional journey spans several fields. I began in luxury hospitality at The Breakers Hotel, where I honed my skills in exceptional service. I then transitioned to the non-profit sector, serving as an assistant to the executive director and social media specialist of a local philanthropist. I co-founded Les Petits Artistes, a project that brought art and financial literacy to children in Brazil, Peru, and local Title I primary schools. Most recently, I worked in HR, content and support, and sales at a med tech startup.
Now, I'm excited to be in real estate, where I can combine my love for helping people, my eye for design, and my passion for excellent service. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing in South Florida, I’d love to help you through the process.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuñol, and with some knowledge of Italian, I enjoy the cultural richness these languages bring to my life. In my free time, I love exploring the beach with my daughter, cooking for family and friends, and maintaining my well-being through yoga and strength training.
I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs and making your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
