Orestes is very professional! He was super patient with me in trying to find my first Investment Property - we kept working together and found a great 2/1 single family home( this property) He was great about walking me through the closing process and had great logistical skills in setting me up with a Mortgage Broker, and an Insurance Agent - He has great follow-up skills- I had a particular closing/title company I wanted to use - and he came up and met me for the closing ! He presents himself as non- judgemental- this gives me the room I need to have my Input , but with him there to help guide me- which is refreshing. Nobody wants to feel “ pushed” - especially when making these kinds of decisions and purchases. I like working with him so much -with the way he conducts himself both personally and professionally , that I asked him to work with me in finding a tenant for that property - and he did - He handled ALL of that process, which really took the pressure off of me ! I am now looking to sell and buy another investment property -And I will use Orestes because what I found is a partner , not a one stop shop - And I am super grateful.

With my work schedule it became difficult to schedule showings, he made it happen by accommodating interested buyers, everything was smooth and transparent.
