Orealis is a great agent. She recently helped me selling my house and the entire process is fast and smooth. She is knowledgeable about the market. She did thorough analysis at the beginning and because of this, we were able to set a right price which is the key point for the smooth selling process. She is very patient in communication. I was in a different state and my wife was oversea during the entire selling process. Orealis actively reached out and reminded us on getting things in time. In the entire process, there was some misunderstanding between us and the title company on tax withholding. Orealis supported us in the communication and we were able to resolve this minor issue quickly at the end which did not cause any delay to the closing. Overall, I would love to recommend her and her team to my friends in the future. She is professional and patient. We had a very smooth selling with her help.
