She did thorough analysis at the beginning and because of this, we were able to set a right price which is the key point for the smooth selling process. She is very patient in communication. In the entire process, there was some misunderstanding between us and the title company on tax withholding. Orealis supported us in the communication and we were able to resolve this minor issue quickly at the end which did not cause any delay to the closing.
