My experience with OJ has been amazing!! Selling my property was not as stressful as I thought it would be. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional real estate agent. OJ met me at my house and answered many questions that I had. He provided objective data regarding how many homes they’ve sold and how long their listings typically stay on the market along with providing tons of comps in the area. He made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps (Which I know other realtors do not) like having professional photos taken and giving me staging tips. When I seen my listing, I was blown away at his hard work and knowledge. He knows what it takes to sell a home. My listing looked amazing and the competition could not compare. When discouraged on finding a home that fit our needs, he was encouraging and would consistently be on the look out for our particular taste and requirements. knowing that I wanted to buy a home. I thought that just having a good credit score and about 20,000 dollars in cash would be all I need to really start with the process. But, there was so much into a buying a home that I did not know. Ontario was referred to me by my best friend. So I knew I was in good hands. After working with Ontario side-by-side, I really learned a lot. I gained knowledge throughout the process I didn’t have before. Ontario really took the time to get to know me, and what I like, and was then able to send me homes that could possibly be my future home. He was really patient, he really took the time out to listen to me. Most importantly his form of communication was effective, he was able to get back to me in a timely manner always! He was literally there for me every step of the way. Now that I have my home! I could not be more happy or satisfied! Honestly I don’t have any complaints about my experience. I trusted Ontario threw out the whole process. The process was frustrating at times. but it was easier because I had a real estate agent who was knowledgeable and there to provide support. The most important thing for me was knowing that I had a real estate agent that I could trust and that was honest with me every step of the way.
