Omar was very helpful in getting us our home. He arranged viewings when and where I wanted to see with no hesitations. His knowledge on the properities we viewed were extensive and he did advise us when the houses were too damaged and would cost a ton in repairs. He was very patient and understanding with us and in what type of house we needed. He traveled from Streamwood, to Berkeley, to Aurora if I seen a home I wanted to view he took me no matter the distance. If a home was mold infested he warned us off due to our medical issues. We finally found a home and he negotiated for awhile on our house price, (the seller was very adamant about the price he wanted) but he made sure we were happy and got everything done that was promised to us by the seller.. We were very pleased with the results, our only complaint was the time frame and delays we had from my bank on the loan side, but Omar made sure all parties were aware of the reasons for the delays and that everything was going well. He talked me off the ledge several times in this process and I'm very grateful and happy with our new home. I will recommend Omar to anyone looking for a home, he will make sure you find what your looking for and that your happy with the results. Thanks again Omar.
