Omar is a real-estate Guardian Angel. Every time a hurdle popped up, he had a solution already figured out that was ALWAYS in my best interest. His negotiation skills were impeccable. The age of the roof created issues getting insurance quotes. He was organized and communicated everything in a clear and concise manner. He reached out to vendors and scheduled every inspection, transmitted invoices and his negotiation skills prevented me from incurring any additional costs realities to the resolution. I did not have to worry about anything. He provided peace of mind throughout an inherently stressful process. And I walked away with a home warranty for the next year. I absolutely recommend him!
