Omar Bardumyan

Over the past 30 years I have owned and sold a number of properties, both commercial and residential, in Southern California and Oregon. My brother in law and I have just sold a large condominium in Glendale California. The broker representing us was Omar Bardumyan. Of all the brokers I have ever dealt with, he is head and shoulders above the rest. The sale and escrow were complicated by the fact that the property was in California, one seller lives in Oregon and the other in Vermont. If a problem arose, Omar always stepped in took over and solved it, making it easier for us, his clients. An example of this was after accepting an offer, the buyer could not do the inspection, because the power had been turned off, by the previous tenant. Omar had it turned on and even put the deposit down. Anyone looking for a real estate agent that is great could not find a better person to represent them than Omar. Kenneth Corricello
