First off I’d like to thank my realtor Omar. He was exceptional helpful throughout the presses. He was very professional and punctual. As a realtor and lending agent made the process smooth as possible. We looked at many houses. I was able to put an offer on one home and it was excepted. At this point I wanted to surprise my fiancé with it so as difficult as it was as my fiancé would send him homes to look at. He went beyond and kept scheduling home for us to see. In the process we found another home that we both fell in love with and put an offer on this separate home and was also excepted. The first house needed some repairs and we had asked for closing costs to be paid by the seller. They wouldn’t budge so we let that home go. The seconds home was perfect needing nothing. Again Omar went beyond and kept showing us homes until escrow was complete and I was able to surprise my fiancé with our new home. I wanted to propose to her in the home on her birthday and once again Omar was able to make the house available for my proposal night a week before escrow would be finalized. He worked late into the night to finalize all the paper work. He came to my house with the notary as we finalized the necessary work to make this possible. The other realtor and home owners agreed to open the home so I could have my special night on one condition; he would be there the whole night to ensure the house was taken care of. He gladly stayed till I proposed and we had a small celebration with immediate family. All that to say he’s willing to go far beyond what was expected. We were beyond grateful to have Omar as our realtor.
