My experience with Shade was awesome, she is well-detail and gives clarification, and she makes sure I get the most suitable house, the deal I got on the house is the sweetest part of it, I got a new roof with a 25-year warranty, brand new electrical panel with a year warranty, new HVAC, new water heater, appliances look new bearly used, and seller gave money towards the downpayment, and the whole house was freshly painted.
