When the lenders suddenly turned back on us, he helped to shop around for other lenders using his network. Even though we never eventually worked with those lender however his ability to network on our behalf was very helpful bringing the lenders back. He was a very personality and maintained the composure to ensure his professional relationship was not hampered while he looked out for us during the entire process. He ensured we closed on the date we desired and not the date the sellers desired by doing a back end negotiation that favoured us. I can confidently say that you can go to sleep working with him as he will deliver and his promise.
