Buying a home is not easy especially when there are obstacles such as credit history, pay rate, the house market value and the added stress of a pandemic but Mr. Smith made my home buying experience as smooth as possible. In 2021 I started looking for a home but honestly I was becoming discouraged because the prices were high even though the interest rate was low plus the competition was real difficult to beat, but MY realtor was there throughout every step, every tear drop and throughout my failed attempts of getting a lucrative contract. However, he did not stop trying and kept me going even when I called him late at nights, sent text messages with emoji's and harsh words due to my frustration. Mr. Olufemi Smith kept me grounded YESSSS he found me a home. Initially when I started this was March of 2021 and we signed our contract on June 4th but I guess with all the issues I had previously it was not enough because then the city found an issue with the home but we stayed hanging on for dear life to keep the contract up to last week when I CLOSED on my house in 2022. I am here smiling because if you knew how long and how hard I have worked to get a home you would understand. Mr. Smith not only made multiple addendums, he went above and beyond my high expectations and delivered EVERYTIME. Now you wonder why I am still typing away with this review but I cannot find any fault in the way he showed professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and just down right full on experience when maneuvering the fluctuating market. They say experience teaches wisdom and I am really happy that my realtor stayed by my side while ill last year as he made my contract stick and he made sure that I walked away from the deal with everything I wanted and more. Listen to him as he was able to help me through the tedious process with my loan, playing the waiting game with the city/seller due to issues in the home and I am ecstatic because I AM FINALLY A HOMEOWNER DUE TO Mr. Smith. Wow, where do I began? The best! Al has many years experience and he holds a great wealth of knowledge of the market. He was fantastic from beginning to end. He found me the perfect home! Al was patient, personable, and very professional. I never felt pressured to just buy a house like other realtors made me feel before meeting Al. Since I was a first time homebuyer he walked me through every step. He was always just a call/text or email away. His communication was top tier. He’s also well connected, I’ve been in my home for over a year now and I can still call him for recommendations on anyone from a roofer to lawn service.
