Moving from a 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment, I needed to rid myself of a great amount of 'stuff/junk'. Olivia called upon her army of friends to assist. Without her, the final walk through would not have worked and the sale would have likely fallen through. She's an angel - works miracles. Additionally, my house sold for more than any other house in my neighborhood - and it was not that different from the rest.
