If I was gonna buy another house there's not one other agent that I would use besides Olivia..... she will actually help you through the process as the buyer and in today's market in my opinion that is top notch!!!!!
Olivia Wright communicated well about arrival times whether on time, early or late. During the closing process, she stay on top of issues and was proactive. I was not really looking for market knowledge but she did not disappoint when questions were asked.
I met Olivia over the phone and since I was out of State, she was very open and helpful. I visited Charlotte, NC in early May 2024 and she was available to drive me around to different areas to look at homes in my price range. She was both friendly, knowledgeable and helpful always. When I wanted to check out Durham she also arranged for a contact realtor in Durham and always kept her word. I can’t say enough about Olivia Wright! She is A very wonderful and professional woman and Thanks so much for helping me find my new home in Charlotte!
