The process of looking, submitting offers and the paperwork was frustrating to us a first-time home buyer. Olivia maintained her composure, calmness and faith during those hard times. She is patient and answers questions or gets back to you with answers. The only thing I would say is that she needs to work on her thought process in writing (writing) and communicate well with her peers.
