This was hands down the worst service we have received for any transaction. If I could give 0 stars, I would. A real estate agent should be trustworthy, but the information provided and followed through on was not as promised. I would not recommend this agency. We were misled every step of the way. Communication was slow and we had to continuously follow up and remind them to copy my spouse on all communication so we were all in the loop. Buying a home is stressful enough, but it did not need to be this bad.

I recommend investing under the knowledge of my realtor and broker because they have enough enthusiasm to follow the process and advise and guide you to the steps you must follow, they keep you aware of how the process is at all times and most important they are willing at any time to clarify any doubts you have
Olivia went above and beyond for us. We had a few speed bumps along the way bidding on houses and all the back n forth. She was always available to make sure we knew what was going on or to show us nee houses. On the sale of our house she was equally great. We got it sold very fast. She took care of all the stuff we didn’t know about. I highly recommend her. She’s a down to earth great person. Easy to work with.
