I found Olivia by chance while living in NYC. My fiancé and I were looking to move to the Orlando area but were unable to come to Florida to find a place to live ourselves. Olivia worked with us for about a year going back and forth with us not sure what town to move to and whether we wanted to rent or buy. Due to the overwhelming influx of people moving to Florida, prices went up drastically and we ultimately decided to rent to start. We chose multiple places that we wanted to see and Olivia would FaceTime us while driving to each property so that not only is she showing us the property but let us see the neighborhood while she was driving to each of them. Olivia would walk us through each property through video. What I appreciate most about Olivia is she wasn’t pushy in trying to get us to settle on a place that was less than a place she would live in herself. If she thought the place was dirty, she would just tell us that we cannot live there and she would be on to the next. We finally found the perfect townhouse in Sanford that was not only affordable, but is absolutely lovely! I will without a doubt be using Olivia when we are ready to buy a home.
