Olivia did a wonderful job for us when we sold our home. She was knowledgeable, efficient and a joy to work with. Our house needed a few repairs and Olivia quickly provided us with names of service people. We were in the process of packing and leaving the state so Olivia and her husband helped oversee that the repairs were done correctly after we had left. We relied on Olivia during the closing since we had already left the area. She kept us informed of all the procedures. We were very pleased with our experience with Olivia.

My fiancé & I were in the market of looking for our first home to purchase when Olivia was recommended through family. We heard a lot of great things about Olivia and we were very excited to start looking! Initially we had come across a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo in Yuba City and Olivia didn’t hesitate when we asked to look. After many conversations, we made our very first offer, and let me tell you…she helped make every single step go so seamless and easy, always keeping us up to date with what was going on, it was almost as if we didn’t even have to do a thing! She was excellent, offered great advice and was quick - she worked so hard and for weeks, in helping us get the condo. Finally in June she was able to bless us with the keys and it was just amazing! Olivia made our first home buying purchase/process a great one and we are forever grateful! We love our home so much, and can’t wait to see where the next few years takes us! If you want someone that will slowly get things done, don’t call Olivia. This agent is way to full of energy and enthusiasm if slow and plodding is what you what. Olivia is fast, efficient and enthusiastic. Answered all my questions. Got back to me as quickly as I could have expected when I had questions and knew just how to market my house. House sold quickly and Olivia made sure I had everything in order. Outstanding agent, no pressure just support!
