Olivia is amazing, kind, professional and thorough. We are first-time home-buyers and she talked us through the whole process, helped us firm up our price point and negotiate connections for ancillary home buying services (mortgage lender, home inspection, etc). She was so quick to respond to any questions and was always out ahead of any development. She also took the time to learn and understand us and supported us in time-line adjustments around unexpected family medical emergencies.
