She's great at identifying potential within a property if improvements can be made. She's flexible and works with our schedule. We were so lucky to find Olivia. She was very knowledgeable about the areas where we were looking to buy (Evanston/Skokie), and was flexible with the fact that we were based out of town. We had very limited time available to see houses, and she dedicated an enormous amount of time to us during that short window.
