Olivia is a very knowledgeable, caring and patient realtor. I met her when I was not financially prepared to purchase a home. She stayed in contact with me over 2 years and never pressured me to make a quick decision. When I was ready to purchase, she took time out to show me all of the homes I wanted to view (in various cities). She listened to my list of preferences and put her excellent negotiation skills to work, when it was time for me to make an offer. As a result, my kids and I are in a home we love and I owe it all to Oliva.
