Olivia found us the PERFECT home in record time, in a very difficult market. She spent time understanding our needs and wants, was super prepared when we flew in for the weekend to see properties, adjusted when we told her what we liked and didn't like about what we saw. She has so much knowledge of the area, she was able to adjust our schedule and take us to the perfect home once she'd seen what our reaction to homes that met our criteria on paper, but didn't quite feel like home in person. After contracts were signed, we had hurricane Ian go over the house, and Olivia kept in contact with us and the sellers, making sure the minor damage caused was repaired properly and kept us on track for closing.
