We were moving from Florida to Kentucky. I contacted Olivia regarding a new listing she had posted. Since houses were going under contract within 24 hours, there was no way for me to travel and make it in time to see the house and put an offer in if we like it. Olivia offered to do a Face Time tour and also willing to have my family, who live in Georgetown, come in person while she did the tour with me on FaceTime. We ended up making an offer and the seller accepted. Olivia also arranged with the Title Company a remote closing, available for the pre-purchase home inspection and the flooring people to come and bring samples and measure, which was also done by FaceTime. This was by far the easiest purchase we have done and the first time we did it from out of state. Olivia takes her job serious and provides the customer service that is hard to find these days. The sale has been complete for twenty days and she is still checking on us and making sure we made it here okay and are settling in to our new home and area.
