Oliver is a tremendous real estate agent

Oliver is a tremendous real estate agent. He helped me sell and buy a home. During the first conversation we had about selling my home, he asked "what is your primary goal in selling your home?" A simple question, but we'd used a real estate agent in the past in an attempt to sell this home, but we were unsuccessful despite 30+ showings in 45 days. My response to Oliver's question, was "I want to sell my home for the most amount of money, with as few showings as possible, with the least amount of renovations." Oliver has many connections, and effectively acted as our general contractor for all the renovations. He coordinated exterior paint, new flooring and carpet, and granite countertops. I priced these items out personally, and with Oliver's connections these renovations were completed for a fraction of the cost. When we listed the home, the first person to see our home put in an offer, which was within the first 12 hours of listing. We received 4 additional offers that day, and ultimately sold the house for above asking price. He surpassed all expectations for the selling process. During the buying process, Oliver was extremely flexible to take us to showings and extremely knowledgeable of the area. He showed us several houses with very little notice, and truly understood exactly what we were looking for. We ultimately ended up in an amazing house which again was a great process with Oliver.
