Oliver and his team helped with: 1) all inspections, 2) all forms and paperwork, 3) lining up companies for packing, moving, hauling, and donating, 4) appraisal and sorting on items to sell, 5) selling those items for me, 6) arranging for new carpet, paint, and repairs, and 7) getting the house staged for the open house, and 8) setting up a mobile signing when it closed.
