Above and Beyond
My husband and I were notified that we had to move on short notice (as in two weeks). Olivea made time to view our house, make suggestions to sell and also helped us find quality companies to perform the work on the house. Once we moved and all the fixes had been made she listed our house and we had 4 bids in just a day. Olivea went by to check on the house every week to ensure things were running smoothly while we were already living in another state. She even went so far as to get the mail from the new tenants which contained my husbands passport and mail it to us in Massachusetts. Olivea is detail-oriented, compassionate and patient. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!
