I think that one of everyone’s biggest dream is to one day buy your own house. Olida made sure that me and my husband made that dream true. We met with her back in August of 2023 just to talk and see if we were able to get pre-qualified to start the process, at that moment we needed to fix some things so that we could be ready to buy by the beginning of 2024. One that time came we reached back to Olida and her team and we started the whole process. I would like to remark that she was always very patient and professional with us. Answering questions sometimes at very late night hours. She was always present with us when we wanted to tour houses. Never said no to any of our request. She also guided us very well during the loan process which most of the time could be very overwhelming as it includes a lot of numbers and terms that normal people does not understand. She always always tried to fight for our interests and wellbeing, she negotiated with the seller to get some extra money for the closing cost and also negotiated with the lender officer to get the best deal possible. Olida not only is such a great realtor but also an amazing human being who truly cares for people not only as her clients but also as her friends.
